From start to end Grayzer Electric was wonderful. Super easy to schedule an appointment and be put on a waitlist for stand bys-- which ended up getting our issue addressed in under 24 hours (so fast!)

Brock came out and helped ensure we didn't cause any massive damage accidentally power washing near an uncovered exterior outlet, talked me through potential upgrades later, and replaced a bunch of outlets GFCI. He even was kind enough to show me some helpful hints of how to do it myself in the future too!

Well, I'm happy to report that great service is still available in Austin for those in need of electrical work. A very pleasant and professional young man named Brock installed a surge protector at my house yesterday (and checked a few sockets) and I was very impressed by his attitude and knowledge. (He wore a mask and booties and was very considerate of my situation.) From now on, this is the firm for me!

Just moved into a new home. Wanted to get some items checked off that showed up on the home inspection. Scheduled an appointment and crossed my fingers I'd get my expectations met based on the reviews I've read. The electrician showed up, reviewed my requests, gave some feedback about what they thought should be done. They didn't try to up sell me, in fact their explanations of what I should get fixed versus nice to haves saved me quite a bit of money. The electrician worked hard, was friendly, and took care of everything for a reasonable price. I plan on using them again for any future work.

Highly recommend Brock and the team at Grayzer. I used them previously since they are a recommended installer of Tesla Wall Connectors. Brock clearly knows what he's doing and is detail-oriented. He asks the right questions and sets your expectations accordingly. Great communication is really important to me, as well. I appreciate that he will text me since sometimes I am in meetings during the day. So when I needed two floodlights installed, I emailed them for another appointment. I also have a one year warranty on the work. They're definitely my new trusted electricians - overall incredibly friendly people.

Amazing. At first we were given an appointment time 3 weeks out (ok, I get it, it's covid), but they called in less than a week with an opening! Dylan came over this morning and literally fixed years of wiring damage and hassles. Long story, but we knew the wiring to one of our rooms was wonky, and weirdly linked to another room on the other side of the house. Dylan not only figured out what the problems were (yes, problemS), but managed to re-wired/re-configure what needed to be done so we would finally have electricity to ALL the outlets and light fixtures in that room without losing power in the other room. (And the kicker is, he came out to simply install a ceiling fan. Surprise!) I was so impressed with his communication and updates and explanations, not only of what he was doing, but why ... what I gathered was that he was fixing years of other electricians' attempts and patch jobs. And for the first time ever, THERE IS LIGHT! Thanks, Dylan. Will definitely request Dylan again if we have any more issues.

Rapid response to an ask for a switch wiring that I had fumbled. Max showed up promptly, called ahead so I knew to expect him, and solved it on the spot. Can't say enough about my experience with Brock at Grayzer Electric. I found Grayzer via a Google search and contacted them based on their high reviews. I was not disappointed. From the start, Jessica was very informative in setting up the appointment and guiding me in what I would need to consider in the install of a single coachlight over my garage door. Meeting the electrician, Brock, just carried over my buyer's confidence even more. He arrived on time and got to work, helping me decide on placement, size, and set up. He instructed me clearly on not only how to direct the necessary masonry pre-work for my install but also on a recommended timer for my fixture. Next, he engaged me on desired fixture placement, treated all of my questions with respect and patience, and got to work on the wiring. The wiring and conduit was clean and unobtrusive. He saved me money by suggesting the timer setup and I've not looked back. Neighbors marvel at how tidy the conduit and end results look. And the light is a beautiful add to my home. Needed a under cabinet light switch installed about 4' away from the cabinets. Called one person, who was highly rated on yelp. He mentioned its a difficult job and quoted quite a bit. Knew he was blowing smoke. Called another company, their chief electrician gave me bunch of excuses and gave me cheap alternatives. I called Grayzer, waited a month after the appointment, came and got the job done in 20 mins. Charge was very reasonable. I need few more projects done in the house. Will definitely call them again
