Dan showed up right on time. He listened patiently while we explained what we needed, and didn't try to ""upsell"" us something we didn't need. The work was done quickly and professionally, and was exactly what we needed. Very happy with his work and his attitude towards his clients (note: NOT ""customers""); we will definitely be calling on him in the future when we're ready to prepare for solar. Highly Recommended!

What a professional, an expert in his craft. Dan Gray has many years of experience and has his customers best interest. I found Dan a few years back on Yelp when my pool circuit went out. He came by and saw we had a old circuit system that honestly like everything else in our older home can't find parts. He happened to have the part and recommend sometime in the near future we should consider replacing our panel system and the pool circuit board as well.

Well 2 years later he remember me and we had Dan come out last week and he not only replaced both panels but move one of our outlets and added multiple outlets for us! Thank you!!!! We had Dan come back and added can lights in our home office as well...

Dan is a really smart and capable electrician. He has done a number of projects for me in my house and garage over several years, and they all worked out great. Most recently, I had some medium sized projects that he bid very reasonably. He also fit in some minor things I thought of while he was here, without any hesitation. I recommend Dan Gray!

HONEST GUY! Dan gave me an idea over the phone of what to expect. He came over and showed me some problems that he found that he was able to take care of. He showed me step-by-step what he was doing. At no point did I feel like he was taking advantage of me. In the end it cost slightly more than I expected but significantly less than what I would have had to pay had I ignored the problems. I noticed a problem with series of outlets in my house and started to shop around by calling different electricians.
I called few numbers before coming across Gray's number.
When I explained the problem, all of them except Gray gave me their rate to come and do the diagnostic.
Only Gray was kind enough to explain me how to get rid of the issue by look for a reset button and push it.
I'm so grateful for his honesty and support.He could come and charge me $165 for pushing that button, but he didn't take advantage of my misery.

I usually only write reviews for a good experience but I have some constructive criticism for gray & sons. Back story; at my moms house the power in half the house went out. I check the breaker box, reset a 15amp breaker. Several days later, moms in the kitchen and the lights go off. She calls grey and sons, he comes out but the power is back on. Mom tells him that the lights in kitchen go out and she thinks it's the microwave (idk why she said that) He checked the outlet and the 20amp for kitchen and said they looked good. He decided to replace the breaker($160) and suggested a designated breaker for fridge and microwave ($400+) I had questions so I called and he told me what he did. I begin to tell him the back story beginning with the 15amp being the breaker that tripped, before I could say another word he cuts me off! In a panicked voice says, ""that has nothing to do with the kitchen, you might have a main breaker problem, that panel is known for this and that. I picked back up and said it's not just the kitchen it's half the house ( cuts me off again!) I wish I had known that before, she gave me bad information ya ya ya. I ask if he could come over and check it out based on the new information. He's .7 miles from the house and I offered him 40$. With the same whiny voice says ""I already spend a long time there (30min) I gave your mom a good deal, that's not even my minimum charge"". I told him don't worry about it I'll find somebody else just thought you'd want to stand by your work. Idk if he messes up a lot? Maybe customers chew him out, Idk but it was like a 5th grader trying to talk his way out of detention. I have priority 1 electric come out today, Technician checked the breaker box and found loose wires! fixed the problem no sweat! Ps mom though he was awesome when he was there and couldn't believe he didn't just come handle it.

Dan Gray has done several electrical jobs for my Mom and I, plus a few friends. He can troubleshoot, install dedicated breakers, replace old wiring, completely require a panel box, give you additional outlets, replace ugly old florescent lighting with beautiful pendant lights or can lights using the latest, low cost bulbs. Dan does great work and should be hired based on that fact alone. But he also treats his customers really well. He says he treats customers like he would want his family treated, and he really does. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have a home from 1955 and hired Dan multiple times for jobs ranging from adding GFCI outlets in bathrooms, new circuits, adding exterior lights and outlets, and a panel change. On each occurrence, he provided a reasonable quote and was able to schedule the work at a conventions time. He is patient when answering my questions and is always on time.
