We thought the electrical in our house was a lost cause but Keith came out and had our house up and running in 2 hours. He also replaced light switches and outlets that we didn't even know were going out and a hazard. They came out the very next day after I initially called and the relief that we feel after getting power back is amazing. Keith was extremely kind and laid back and wasn't going to leave without figuring it out. Thank you Gray Electric!!!

I recently bought a house in Nevada City and during the inspections discovered a serious electrical problem. Gray's Electric had worked on the house, so I contacted them. They initially seemed to fix the problem and then, when it recurred, they simply didn't return my calls. I'm considering making a complaint to the licensing board.

I am putting in a shop building. I called them to give me a bid on running electric to the shop. They made me wait 3 weeks for them to come out. Then i couldnt get the bid. 3 weeks went by and no bid. Then he sends the bid over for $17,000. Two other bids i received were for $6000 and $8000. He basically didnt care enough to actually price it out or doesn't know how to price it out or they have so much business they are over charging people on purpose.
Wont ever call them again.

This place is a hack job none of their so called electricians are certified or have any electrical schooling whatsoever. They have very unskilled unqualified employees that don't know how to hook up a gfci their panel work is a disaster no labels on anything. Henry the homeowner does better work then these hacks. I recommend looking elsewhere for any electrical needs.

I'll never use them again. Half @$$ work from two electrocutions had to have a 3 guy come out to do the job right. beware Gray Electric CO is not like they used to be

I have used Gray Electric twice. In both cases they were at the house within 40 minutes. To be fair, I live 1.5 miles away and called early in the morning before the techs were all in the field. None the less, it was nice not being billed $80-$100 just to come out to the house like some other places and given a four hour arrival window. Gray does charge for time to come to the job site. So if you live in the GC or NC area, you might consider choosing a local vendor rather than Auburn, Cool etc.

The work was performed is a timely and satisfactory manner. I plan to use them again for my electrical needs.
