They were so honest and completely transparent with the issue we had. I've had issues with other electricians in the area telling me I needed things that I didn't. That could have happened here, but very pleased they were honest and that saved us a ton of money. Very professional and super helpful and reasonably priced. They will now be our forever electricians for any upcoming needs! Thank you for showing integrity!

FYI Grand Electric is also Bob's Electric Service. You should check both of them. I gave them a 3 stars because they showed up twice & I like that Danny brought his brother, Nathan. I am renovating my condo & I needed an electrician. I was going to use the designers electrician but they had a falling out & I got stuck with no electrician. Dawn who is the designer was suppose to find another electrician but after a week she hadn't even started to look for one so I had to find one or push the projecy back. Word of advise never suggest you pay a tradesman because then your contractor could care less about being present to discuss the job or price. So I found Grand Electric & spoke to Jen she said I should text her what I needed & after the weekend they would give me a quote. I asked that they break everything out separately because I may not be able to afford some things. They sent an estimate repeating the same lines more then once & clumped everything together so you didn't know what you were paying for parts or labor & when you took something off the list it seemed like they refunded a token amount. They couldn't give you a price for any addition work that had to be done at the same time because Danny, who is the electrician, said that his boss Lisa doesn't like to do it that way. So they do the work & you pay whatever Lisa wanted. Needless to say after the job was done I owed another $1,172.02. I really felt I was being taken for a ride & when I question the bill I said I would call the office & talk to Lisa myself & he said I better not. I asked if he was threatening me & he said no. Danny kept getting annoyed when I questioned the bill so I just paid it & they will laugh all the way to the bank. I should have asked Danny what his relationship was with Lisa because Danny wanted my refrigerator but I had promised it to someone else & I got the feeling I was being charges for a refrigerator.
Anyway don't use a tradesman who will not break out all of his charges if they can't take the time to value you as a customer believe me they won't care about the job. I just found out that labor is $90 an hour. I have no idea what parts are. I just called another electrician who will break down everything for me.

Great company to deal with! Courteous staff, scheduled to come out in 2 days, but called back and had an opening the same day I called. Good price, appreciate the military discount!
