On 7/19/23 we had Graham Electric out to fix kitchen canned light that worked intermittently. We have used their services before over the years so didn't ask the price which has always been reasonable. They now charge a $45 trip fee PLUS $130 an hour. After he left, within 2 hours, the light stopped working and then would come on for a while and off again. Contacted their office and was told 2 days for him to come back. Finally a week later after scheduling was arranged, they came out and did fix the light and so far, it has stayed on. I had to pay another trip charge plus the part (which was acceptable for the part). The light did not get fixed the first time so I don't know why I had to pay another trip charge. Disappointed that this company went from an easy, reasonable electrical provider to a company that charges trip fees (each time they come back) and more than competitors I checked with. Because it wasn't fixed the first trip, we should have only been charged for the part because we already paid for an hourly fee, and this took maybe 30 minutes for a total of 1 hour time.

This is the 2nd time we have had Graham Electric install lights for us. I thought their tech that came the first time was fabulous with the installations. That was about 8 months ago or so. Today we had them come out again to install an entrance hall light. I got a phone call asking if they could come early. How great that was. No problems at all with getting through to set up appointments. Always prompt and knowledgeable. The gentleman today was awesome. He worked with us also in a kitchen area to get brighter lights in addition to the entrance hall. Solved my problem! Would I do business again with them? YOU BETCHA!!! They are polite, respectful, always in contact with you and they never have highballed the price of doing business with them. I have, and will continue to recommend them with flying colors!!

We have had Graham Electric out several times and they have always done very good work. If we need them out fast, they respond quickly! We think their prices are very fair.

Had them for a couple of small jobs and they were prompt, solved the problem quickly and charged me just the fee for coming to the house which I was told up front. I will use them again.

Terrible experience. These guys don't even answer the phone half the time. They low ball the bid then jack it up once they get the job. Stay away. Hillbilly outfit.
