Sonny B.I had a problem with a loose breaker, and another company that I was talking to was recommending a full panel maintenance, and setting up another sub-panel. I wanted to get another opinion, so I had contacted this company.
The electrician that came out examined the panel, and noted that he didn't see any burn signs or anything else concerning. He also asked if I was having any issues with the circuit tripping or lights flickering, and if I was planning on adding any more circuits.
He said that while they were certainly capable of performing the full panel maintenance, and adding another sub-panel, he didn't believe we needed it done right now.
I ended up just having them replace the loose breakers, and ended up saving me a lot of money, which I definitely appreciated. He also informed me of the brand of our electrical panel (no labels were present on our 1977 home). All in all, I appreciated their thoroughness and going through all of my options.
