First of all, he had forgotten our service appointment for SEP 4, 8:30 am.
Next, he called me to promise to show up for SEP 4, 8:30 am, but he didn't show up after all. He should have been honest to tell us that he wouldn't make the service appointment.

Needed to install a Tesla High Powered Wall Charger, but the house panel needed an upgrade as well... Hector from Got Light Electric was very easy to work with and gave a very straight forward price which was very competitive.

Highly recommend! (I should mention I've been on Yelp for a while and this is my first ever review.) Hector, Oscar, and their team are professional, polite, and responsive. After Oscar and a colleague arrived and were working on an estimate for part of the request, I had to reschedule due to a family emergency and they were very gracious. Hector called the next day to reschedule and Oscar came out yesterday to complete the smaller job (upgrading an ungrounded outlet to a grounded one). I'll definitely call them in the future!

Great customer service and professionalism from Oscar and Hector. My quote request was posted on Saturday and Hector responded on Sunday and service was scheduled and completed on Monday. Oscar was professional and on time to the site. There were a couple challenges to install the Wi-Fi light switches/dimmer, but he was very patient and we found ways to work around it. I'm really happy with the services and the very competitive and reasonable charges!

We recently hired Got Light Electric to do some electrical work on our new townhouse (install ceiling fans, swap out recessed lights for LED's, installing new chandeliers, adding outlets in a few places and several other items). Hector came out and gave us a quick and fair quote (actually much lower than another quote we had gotten). His team came out and did a great job on everything. They are very nice and worked through lots of questions we had and came back several times when things weren't exactly as we had expected or needed tweaking. There's not enough stars for this company. I needed two chandeliers hung and I spoke with Jennifer about what I needed done and it was if I was talking to a friend, she was very polite and helpful.
Jesse and Edgar arrived for the job and they were very professional and went beyond the scope of the project to fix my light switch which was not working properly for one of the chandeliers. They put on their black gloves and handled each crystal very carefully.
I was very pleased with the service and so happy that I chose ""Got Light Electric"". I will be calling them again.
