Hector and his team at Got Light Electric did an A+ job fixing our electrical issue. We were dealing with a broken chandelier that was particularly hard to reach in our two-story home. I called a few places, and Hector with Got Light Electric was the most professional and easy to work with. He was able to schedule his crew to come out within a few days and communicated well via phone/text.

When his 2-person crew arrived, I was very impressed with their cleanliness and COVID-related precautions. We have had various workers in our home recently, and I must say the crew with Got Light Electric have been the most clean, professional, and respectful while doing their job. They wore masks and shoe covers the whole time, and spoke very respectfully to me and my wife. When going to their truck to get a tool, they would remove their shoe covers, then put them back on when coming back inside. These little meticulous precautions mean a lot as we all try to keep our families safe, and I am very grateful.

When it came to the job, these guys were top notch. They carefully planned some advanced ladder placement skills to get up to the hard to reach chandelier. Once up there, they found the problem quickly and were able to fix it. They warned me their ladder may scuff the new paint job, but they were so careful that there was no damage at all. They covered the floors, stairs, and their ladder legs to protect our home.

Given the professionalism and level of skill these guys bring to the table, the cost is reasonable. If you have any electrical needs, I would highly recommend Got Light Electric!

Just needed an outlet installed in the water closet and a couple of faulty switches checked. They were very responsive and were able to be on site within 48 hours of first reaching out. One electrician, wearing a mask, very professional and well spoken. Was in and out in under two hours. All work completed and under estimate.

The owner, Hector Diaz, responded immediately to my need for an electrical panel replacement. He personally coordinated all of the necessary permits, work, inspections and finishing details. He went above and beyond to make certain that everything was done properly. It truly was a pleasure to work with him and it was refreshing to have found such a reliable Contractor. I had a bunch of small issues with a triplex I recently purchased: A light switch worked inconsistently, a GFCI outlet worked inconsistently, a light in my hallways glowed slightly at night, etc. Hector troubleshot and fixed each problem quickly and efficiently. Turns out a lot of things were wired backwards or incorrectly. The hallway light that glowed at night actually revealed an incorrectly wired grounding-wire. Finding this was not easy. Hector is very competent, fair, and reasonably priced. I shopped around and I'm glad I found him. I would call him again. Recommend.

Just wanted to give an updated review. I can't say enough about this company. Last year when they provided service they were knowledgeable, timely, and just overall professional. Given the nation's unprecedented crisis, it isn't unlikely to notice a difference in work ethics, but their values did not wane. Our newly installed LED ceiling light started making some noise and sometimes will turn off by itself. We requested the lighting company to send a new one and they did. But somehow we have trouble to install successfully. We called Got Light Electric because they have excellent review in Yelp. The owner gave me an estimate on the phone after he patiently heard my lighting problem and had scheduled a time for the repair. Unexpectedly, Alex came earlier than the scheduled time and he immediately worked on our light. He put a plastic cover on our hardwood floor to protect our floor before he started to work. He not only reinstalled our light in a very short time he also repaired our broken switch as we mentioned to him. Our light came back without any noise. We highly recommend this company if you have any electrical lighting problem. The electrician's work is professional and efficient and the price is friendly.

Recently purchased a home and I wanted to upgrade my Electric Panel to 200 Amp from the 50 Amp box the house had installed. Hector came over and gave me a quick walk through of the process and estimate of costs.

The entire wish list of items I had was: panel upgrade and relocation, troubleshooting various power outlets in the home that were faulty or non-working, install new circuit for garbage disposal in kitchen sink, new circuit for washer/dryer in garage, 2 new outlets in garage (one for automatic garage door/light and another for workshop), install 2 exterior plugs in backyard for lights/entertaining purposes and a motion light in backyard.

While the list was long Hector mentioned being able to start on the job within a couple weeks due to backlog and finishing within 3 days.

His team showed up on time everyday and was very respectful and professional when working on my house. They took their time to clean up after each day and ensure I wasn't left without power over night.

The job itself took about 4 to 5 days to complete however and was extended by a minor inspector issue but not due to bad workmanship.

A couple weeks since the repairs and I have no complaints. Got Electric is reasonably priced and they get the job done right. I would highly recommend you give them a call when looking for estimates on your next home project. I will definitely be calling them again soon to help me with a Smart door bell installation and will recommend them to my friends and family.
