If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Gooldby installed a new valve on our dishwasher which ended up being faulty. (Not their fault.) They came out to replace the valve and ""clean"" the inch of water in our kitchen. However, they did not clean up the water properly which resulted in our cabinet doors swelling and mold growing under the kitchen sink and behind the counters. It took Goolsby over a YEAR to finally come out to properly remove the mold and fix the cabinets that were damaged. The owner, Jeff, insisted that the mold was not their problem. He ignored calls and emails from both myself and my property manager. When he did answer us, he'd setup a day and time to meet at the property and then not show up. It took threatening to sue him for him to finally do the responsible thing and fix his mistake.

POOR RESPONSE AND INADEQUATE SERVICE WITH NO FOLLOW UP. Goolsby Plumbing recently serviced bathtub plumbing/cleaned tub drain lines for slow draining tub. Shortly afterwards, we discovered tub still draining slow. I called them several times to report problem still existed. Each time the ""receptionist"" said owner was on another call and would call me back. Never happened! So the Drain problem never totally fixed at a cost of nearly $250. My loss their gain. So had another plumber out who found the drain was still clogged. He did his job and we have had no drainage problems since. In my opinion Goolsby should have done this right the first time or at least came back to correct the issue. Will never ever use them again!

We rent our house, and our drain had been slow and clogging for quite a while -- 2 people who had come to ""fix it"" had used plungers. OK, but I had used plungers ... so it was better when they left, but always slowed to a halt again pretty soon.

Mr. Goolsby sent someone out who tried to snake it from the roof but it was so bad he had to use sulphuric acid ... which he did ... and the sinks now run better (100% better) than they have since we moved in.

5 Stars for Goolsby P&E!!!!!

Our plummer from these guys was great tackled a non-standard toilet issue that had me baffled and in the hole a 150 bucks. Watched him apply his craft and got my toilet flange fixed properly. Learned more just by watching him work.

This is a very professional and efficient company. I have used them 4 times this year for plumbing and electrical. Each time they have been very efficient and polite. They arrive on time. This last job which was adding a lot of new lighting to several was done so professionally and quickly. It looks amazing. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing or electrical needed.

They came to clear our plumbing drain issues spent two hours went through the whole system gave us a great price was clean well mannered and very polite would definitely have them back for any other issues that we would have truly a professional service happy to recommend them to anyone

We have used this company several times over the past three years. We have never been disappointed with their services. From the person answering the phone to the person doing the job they are professional and skilled at their jobs. We have had both electrical and plumbing done by them. They are timely to respond to your calls and get the job done right when they arrive. We have some extensive remodeling we want to do in the future and this is the company we will use for the electrical and plumbing. I can only remember two of the employees names, Don and Jon. Both did a great job and very courteous.
