Poor customer service. Poor work ethic. They came out did nothing. Took my money . Scheduled a return appointment and never showed up or returned my phone calls.
There are many other electricians to chose from in Los Angeles...use someone else!

Gonza Electric is hands down the best electrical company I've ever worked with! Our business has used them many times with our sensitive electrical needs and they've always come through for us.

Attitude: Most excellent! Service with a smile. They're sincere, they're professional, efficient, intelligent, knowledgeable. Family owned business and they really care about their customers.

Pricing: Super competitive, always lowest bid I get is from Gonza.

Speed: They're really responsive and ready at a moments notice (I'm very close to their headquarters, so I'm sure that helps in my case). They're not booked up months in advance like others, they're available in a reasonable time frame and they show up on time!

Additional Reasons to Love them: They're not trying to nickel and dime you. They have told me their honest opinion about projects which they don't recommend doing or that it's not in my best interest to pursue. They know their stuff and won't do a job just to make money, they don't do unnecessary work. To me, that honesty and trust is more valuable than anything!

Do not have any hesitations about going with Gonza! They're the real deal and the best out there!!

I'm writing this review because they've helped me so many times when I'm in a pinch and they deserve a lot more business. Great people and great work!

I have been working with Gonza electric for a long time and thought they were honest, I called them to schedule an appointment and give an estimate, they never gave me an estimate just told me it would be determined when the job is complete and it wouldn't be much.

Elijio finishes the job in 5 minutes and then demands I pay an outrageous $300 for a simple electric job. No invoice or explanation provided after the work was done.

They did a lousy job too and didn't even bring a blank breaker with them, I called them numerous times about finishing the job and for other projects; they never show up and don't return calls. This is how Gonza Electric treats their long time customers.

Very disappointed in this company that I had been recommending to my friends and will no longer do so. Be careful if you hire them, they always ""forget"" something but will demand the full payment from you.

I am sorry to say that I no longer recommend this business. I had a good working relationship with them for almost five years and three months ago I hired them to do some outdoor work for $500. Three months later the lights failed and they came back once and charge me $95 to replace a sensor that failed again the next day.

I called and spoke to them and they said they could come back to resolve the situation but it would cost another $500. I tried to call them back to further discuss a amicable solution but they would not return my phone calls.

Your only as good as your word, and Gonza's word is worthless.

Gonza Electric. This family owned and operated business is a highly reliable electrical company, what more can I say, This is one area of construction where you don't want to skimp on your budget. I have used them several times for new electrical drops to comply with FHA requirements.

I don't know what the person below me said not cheap, Hell yeah they are cheap, cheaper than everyone else I called, their prices are very very fair, trust me, i called 3 of them and they all wanted a minimum of 150 per hour for one person.

OMG I had 3 electricians over and this was the 4th one, They all said the same thing, It was loose wires and they had to trouble shoot every single socket and light switch and could not give me an estimate cause it could take forever. Gonza Electic came out, I told him the same thing as everyone else, he opened up the panel and saw right away why all the lights kept flickering over and over again. I won't say how he fixed it but they did not charge an arm and leg like everyone else waned to charge, even one guy came out and replaced a breaker and charge 150 for that. The problem still persisted but he wanted to charge 150 an hour. Gonza Electic was more than reasonable in their price.

I So recommend Gonza Electic for all your electrical needs. They are honest and solve the issue right away. Call them for all your needs, you won't regret it.
