James came out and knocked it out super quick was up front on the cost. He is very knowledgeable and I was appreciative for the pleasant experience and a job well done.

Had a scheduled appointment, when they didn't show up for several hours I called and asked if they would be showing up I got a one word ""Nope"" and the gentleman hung up. Terrible customer service. Plenty of other HVAC repair guys out there with a better attitude.

Called these guys up with a furnace ignition issue and they talked me through the issue over the phone simply because they're awesome guys. Furnace is back to heating again and my wife and cats are happy campers once more! They didn't need to do this for free, but if I ever have issues again I'm definitely hitting them up!

I've been a property manager in Berkeley for five years. When contractors can't properly state their billing policies, I can overlook it. What I can't overlook is when they don't show up to a scheduled appointment and can't be bothered to call. Save yourself the grief.

Galactic Heating and Cooling..

I don't know about you, but I LOVE to be comforted with a peace of mind when it comes to heating and air conditioning needs. I mean, it's not like merchandise where you could return it or something. This is by far one of the best establishments I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I almost wish we could always have a heating/AC problem every week lol!--but that's how professional and personal the service here is. GiBran is awesome at what he does! And very fast too, but yet he doesn't cut corners at all. He always does a good job every time. My friend recommended him, and I could honestly say that I sure am glad that she knew about him and told us about him. And I have to stress that his prices are unbeatable!!! Especially in the current economic conditions, I'm glad that it's still affordable to get you heating/AC repaired! So, I have to say, please don't leave the game, please keep doing what you're doing!!!! I am recommending him to ALL my friends!!!!!

Having a professional job done at home is everything. I would rather spend a couple dollars extra and get a quality job done instead of getting a low quote on a job that requires multiple jobs. My ac went out in top of my office at the mall. Gibran was contracted from Galactic and the guy took care of us. Didn't charge more then we needed and gave us a few options to look at. We ended up getting a new unite which is what wanted as the unit was from super old tenants and Gibran had it up and running ASAP. Would highly recommend for any area between Sac and Gilroy.
