From the moment I made the appointment I knew it was the right decision. Steven communicated well, confirmed the appointment, followed up and sent reminders prior to. He was prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to quickly identify the issue and he replaced the entire receptacle within 30 minutes.
