These guys did an amazing job very rapidly responding to repair damage from a tree that fell on our power line. New weatherhead and completely new breaker panel and meter socket all in a few days over a weekend! Facilitated the permit and pg&e too. Amazing. So grateful.

I called Gold Electric in early April because part of my solar array wasn't working. We set an appointment for April 18. The following week, technicians from Gold checked the system and told me I would need a new inverter. after numerous unreturned phone calls over several weeks, on May 24, I finally got an estimate of $2900 for the repair. I gave the go ahead. Another month past with no response to my calls. When I finally reached the person in charge, I was told that the inverters were out of stock but would be available by mid July. They promised to contact me when they arrived. By early August when I hadn't heard from them, I contacted another solar energy company. They checked my system and I was told that the inverter was fine and all that needed to be replaced was a $12 circuit breaker. they also told me that even if the inverter needed to be replaced, it was still under warranty and there would be no charge for a replacement. My system is finally working after losing four months (the best months) of power generation.

They installed a generator for me. They did a good job working with the gas company too and charged a fair price. Very happy with the guys here.

Gold Electric is fantastic. Im a new owner in Camp Connell and have struggled to find good help with projects around the cabin. Took months to get an estimate, and then it was hideously expensive.

Apparently they didn't even come look at the work. Doesn't seem very professional, maybe just not interested. But feel like they should just say so.

While getting solar quotes for my home I reached out to Gold Electric. After they surveyed my home and provided me an estimate I had questions and wanted to discuss details of the estimate and options. They responded to my first two emails asking about the inverters but when I asked if they offered financing Stephen stopped responding all together. They were probably my second choice based solely on the estimates but they have been removed from the process due to no communication. I liked that they quoted me LG panels.
