As a C-10 Electrical Contractor and Solar Installer, our headquarters is in Murphys, California.
We possess the necessary licenses to work in California.
Currently, we have a team of fifteen full-time Certified Electricians and office personnel.
The daily operations of Gold Electric Inc. are overseen by Jim Heryford, our President, who has 28 years of experience in the electrical field.
Jim supervises the crews and handles everyday operations alongside his wife, Yvonne Heryford, who serves as corporate secretary and has 34 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience.

After they surveyed my home and provided me an estimate I had questions and wanted to discuss details of the estimate and options. They responded to my first two emails asking about the inverters but when I asked if they offered financing Stephen stopped responding all together. They were probably my second choice based solely on the estimates but they have been removed from the process due to no communication. I liked that they quoted me LG panels.
