If I could give a lower review than a one star, I certainly would do that.
We were rebuilding a house from Hurricane Harvey, and Joe took total advantage of us. He NEVER showed up when he said he would, his crew seemed very unknowledgeable of electrical work, and they were sloppy. We wound up getting another electrical crew that had to undo the many mistakes he made. Because of Joe, we paid much more for electerical service than anticipated. I do not recommend this person-he is one unethical, unprofessional poor worker.
