These guys did a great job for me! They took care of all of my electrical problems here at the shop, I had a hot water heater that was wired incorrectly and they fixed it, I had a lot of other issues too that they were able to fix. All of the technicians were very respectful and kind. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends or family

Techs showed up 45 min late, did not label the panel
Properly as they said they would. Had 2 data drops done and the ends were left just hanging from the ceiling. The take away, your paying a premium for half assed work. The owner will promise the world! Doesn't deliver. Avoid avoid avoid unless pissing away your money is your thing then this is the perfect company for you.

Do not go any further looking for a good electrical company.
I lost all of my power Internet, telephone, television and Comcast told me the fastest they could get somebody was four days away. I call James at Go Local Electric and told him I was a senior citizen and he had somebody at my home in 35 minutes. This was on a Saturday and Comcast wouldn't do anything. The service man that James sent to me by the name of Jerry could not have been any more professional and very polite. He worked his butt off to find out where the problem was and I had me up and running within one hour. I have heard great things about this company from other neighbors so please give them a try you will not be upset in anyway. I will be using them from now on.

I hired Go Local Electric to move an outdoor security light to a new location on the wall. Joseph and Michael arrived precisely at 8:00 a.m., the scheduled time. They were personable, professional and very skilled at their job. Go Local's prices are reasonable and I am very pleased with the end result. Go Local is my ""go to"" electrician for any future needs.

Hired Randy (co-owner) for Spa installation.
Failed city inspection twice due to non-compliance with national electrical code per inspector reports. Would not pay for third re-inspection fee. Randy is not responding to our emails/calls for resolution. Based on our experience, would not recommend hiring this company.

We hired Go Local to make sure my little home was all wired well and safely. I was very clear about what I needed.

Cut to the chase: he was there 5 hours and misinformed me regarding the outlet in the shed (to which I am going to add a refrigerator) and the rewiring in the kitchen. The refrigerator DOES need a dedicated circuit, and the rewiring and adding 2 GFCI outlets still resulted in the fuse blowing in the fusebox.

I called the company three times, with no return calls.

If they do get back to me and finish the job they were hired to do, I will change this review appropriately.

Addition: The company more than rectified the situation. The owner, James, came with 2 other electricians and in 2 hours examined the entire electrical system, fixed what we needed and brought it to code.

He also explained what was going on as he went along, and then thoroughly explained what was done.

He did not accept money for this work. More importantly, they did an excellent job.
