The Owner and Master Electrician of Go Electric is John M. Onorato.
John was inspired to pursue electrical work from a young age by his family, including his father and two uncles.
His father, John A. Onorato was an electrician in the US Marine Corps which led to him starting ""Johnnies Electric"" in the 1960's.
After serving in the US Army, John returned to Houston in 1992 and worked for many large electrical companies.
John spent four years attending night classes at various colleges and technical schools before passing the Houston Master Electrician Exam in 1998.
The Houston Master Electrician Exam was regarded as one of the most challenging in the country at that time, lasting nine hours.
John earned the title of one of the youngest Master Electricians in the City of Houston.
John started Go Electric in 2001.
Today, Go Electric is guided by the same values that were instilled in John as an employee of many other successful companies.
