John M. Onorato is the Owner and Master Electrician of record for Go Electric.
John's early interest in electrical work was shaped by his family's background, including his father and two uncles.
His father, John A. Onorato, was an electrician in the US Marine Corps and established ""Johnnies Electric"" during the 1960s.
Upon completing his service in the US Army, John returned to Houston in 1992 and worked with various large electrical contractors.
Over four years, John took night classes at various colleges and technical schools, successfully passing the Houston Master Electrician Exam in 1998.
Back then, the Houston Master Electrician Exam was known as one of the hardest in the nation, spanning nine hours.
John was one of the youngest Master Electricians in the City of Houston.
Go Electric was started by John in 2001.
Go Electric is now driven by the values that John acquired from his experiences with numerous successful businesses.
