Awful, do no use! We hired them to put panel on breaker box so we could plug generator in if lost power. Sounds easy enough, great! While they were here we asked them to put in high hats & fan in our great room, lol, all good right? Not, had to have them back one weekend because power kept flickering & was told ""everything wasn't tightened up"" ok, we all screw up, when comes to electrician, little concerning b/ ok. Few weeks later, our lights, fan & whole room that electrician had attached to breaker not working? We were charged $190 & told ""the breaker is overloaded""? HUH?!? You knew what we had in there when put on that breaker? And now, they want more $ to rectify? You Fd up, why wouldn't you just fix? And why were we charged $190 for your F up?

I used Mark on several occasions but I have to say each time, something fails and he charges to come back and charges to correct the work. He did work in December and half is now not working. He will not return unless I pay him hourly again to diagnose the issue?
I could not believe it. His response is always 'it was working when I left'.
I can't recommend him based on all the last experiences. Things should not just stop within a week. Makes no sense!

Excellent service. Extremely professional. Updated my broken outdoor lights, not an easy task considering they were 30 years old. He dealt with rust, broken screws and previous poor workmanship. Never complained not even once I HIGHLY recommend GO Electric!!!!

What haven't they done at my house yet? Generator service & repairs, Hot water heater work, electric panel repairs, and upgrades, electric outlet installs, the list goes on. Mark and Bobby are an incredible team. They don't just come out to do a job. They see each project through to the finite element. Always on time and they take their time to resolve the most difficult electric jobs. Fair pricing. Reliable. Honest. Caring.

As owner of Liberty Tax on Northlake and doing a remodel it was great that I knew Gillian from Go Electric. I had at least 10 different things that needed to get done. Bobby and Op replaced all my lights with new LEDs and they look awesome. They did all the other jobs too. Replaced old Exit signs & repaired several outlets. Hid wires behind the wall & moved outlets. They even swept and kept the office clean. Thank you guys very much & I highly recommend.
