I called GBE on Monday at 8am and a tech was at my house ON TIME at 130 the SAME DAY. The tech identified the problem, a faulty GFI outlet in the garage, in two minutes. He replaced the GFI and I was able to save all the perishables in the garage fridge. Nice young man, great service, very professional. CANT RECOMMEND Go Brilliant Electric enough. 10 STARS!

The estimate was reasonable, and I think they offered the most cost efficient way to do the work-which is a good sign right off the bat. The service crew was on time, efficient, and did a wonderful job, and my over the phone, and payment experience was equally good. I would recommend them based on this experience.
