Skip passed this company. Unable to complete the job in the contracted time frame. Left my house with incomplete work and then asked for more money.

I contracted them to do 8 specific jobs over a two day period , they did not finish even one of the 8 jobs in two days. At this point I had paid for 25 percent of the job and they tried to hit me up for more money.

When returning from a trip after a solid week of rain, there were four outlets not working at our house. GNH reminded promptly and showed up on time. They even had a service appointment available the same day. The two garage outlets were fixed quickly. There were two service people, one diligently trying to find the problem, the second one spent his time providing a running explanation of events. After two hours, the talman had already been trying to leave for about an hour and the first was still trying to solve the problem. In the end we paid for two hours of service and will now be looking for a different company to fix the other outlets.

We found an exterior outlet that GNH left exposed to weather and didn't inform us. When we called the second electrician from an alternate company, he discovered that they left the GCFI outlet ungrounded. I changed my review to one star because they had unsafe practices

Had to call them to do some work fixing some old outlets and rewiring a few things (e.g., ceiling fan, kitchen circuit). Kevin came out to do the estimate. He was professional, personable, and really took the time to understand what our goals were with some of our requests. He also took the time to give suggestions on ways to do it more effectively. The estimate was accurate (I paid exactly what was on the estimate). Kevin and Doug came out on time (early actually) and took care of everything in a half a day. Kevin found some very questionable wiring in our attic and was genuinely concerned about it and educated me on why it was an issue and what possible recourse there was for us (since we just bought the house). They were unable to do one task on the list because of a lack of available crawl space; not their fault. The company gave me no problem at all knocking that off the price. Wonderful experience. Will reach out to them with my next electrical job! Be ready, Kevin!

The entire team at GNH was amazing! I was able to get a diagnostic appointment within a reasonable amount of time. Kenneth & Garland did a great job of fixing the power to my kitchen range and even saved me money when they realized that the problem was not as bad as originally assessed. I'm really glad I reached out to GNH for this issue! Will definitely look to them if I have any future issues. Will also recommend the when friends ask!
