Their home generator sale mgr was a no show for an appointment he made with me. I took off work this morning to meet with him. When he did not show up I phoned his co. He would not even to my phone call. I can only imagine how poorly I would be treated if I were already a paying customer and called for a service issue. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience with them.

They fixed my generator. They went out of their way to save me money. They arrived when they said they would. Every one I spoke to at the company was helpful and friendly. I am glad that there are folks like these still in business.

The service rep was on time and professional. The billing however is superficial. Labor hours were inflated or rounded up. extra fee for Diagnostics/Technology, $25 and $30 for a couple shots of starting fluid. All on top of an already high hourly rate and mileage fee. And never fixed the generator.
