We focus on installing sustainable energy solutions, which encompass electrical improvements, heat pump heating and cooling systems, heat pump water heaters, electric vehicle charging points, solar energy systems, plus additional offerings. We recognize that the great State of California is quickly shifting from gas to electric to minimize our greenhouse gas emissions. Founded in 2002, we initially operated as a comprehensive construction business, operating under the name GLD Construction, handling a diverse array of projects ranging from small remodeling projects to large-scale new construction. Recently, we noticed a growing demand for green energy solutions. California is making a strong push for lowering carbon output, which includes banning the sale and use of gas heating units and gas-fired heaters by 2030 and gasoline-powered vehicles by 2035. Thus, we chose to transition to providing green energy services to support our local go-green initiatives. The change to GLD Green Energy, along with our updated logo (revealed in May 2023), reflects our dedication as a company, and we are proud in supporting our clients convert their homes to be more environmentally friendly.
