Having spent 26 years in industrial automation, I spent 4.5 years at Progress Rail (a Caterpillar Co), where I focused on developing, designing, and managing industrial machine installations and upgrades. I established Ginosko Electric Inc to reach more businesses and help them solve their toughest challenges. It’s an exciting journey. With three decades of experience, 80% of my work focuses on industrial automation and controls, and the rest is in residential construction and service. I started out in the Los Angeles region, transitioned to Bakersfield in 1996, and then settled in California City in 2017.
