With 26 years under my belt as an industrial automation electrician, I worked for Progress Rail (a Caterpillar Co) for 4.5 years, where I was involved in the development, design, and oversight of industrial machine installations and upgrades. I established Ginosko Electric Inc to reach more businesses and help them solve their toughest challenges. It’s a rewarding experience. Having 31 years of experience, 80% of my work focuses on industrial automation and controls, and the other 20% involves residential construction and service. I started out in the Los Angeles region, transitioned to Bakersfield in 1996, and finally made my home in California City in 2017.
