Ken was great, he's a Master Electrician and helped up with our building breaker issue and serviced the panel.
Daniel is a responsive estimator and enjoyed commitment to finding a solution.
But the negative stars go to the threat from their accounting department who issued redundant invoice number causing an issue with our management company. Now it explains why they didn't respond to my voicemails lately. I did not know his occurred.

Gill's Electric is consistently helpful and professional! Spoke with Megan last Friday evening regarding an emergency electrical problem, a wedding venue for the next day. She was delightful and efficient in getting an electrician scheduled to help on Saturday morning. Josh showed up as planned, fixed the electrical problem and sent a text picture to give us peace of mind all was in working order.

We would definitely recommend Gill's for their service, follow-up and overall experience! They've been our partner for years, and certainly plan on continuing.

We moved in our house in walnut Creek last year and found the house to have so many electrical issues from unsafe/non-grounded lines, gate system, missing GFCI, to overloads. Fixed some unsafe DIY work too. Gill's electricians fixed everything and installed new lines to make the house safe. New A/C lines too. Then we had them back to install a new line for a Bosch speed oven and new Bosch wall oven after the old unit died. Next, we had them out today when our lamp post shorted out. Ken Manning found the short (a junction box that was full of water tripping a GFCI that we luckily had installed. He saved us a new line. They have all been completely honest with us and fair on their prices. I highly recommend them!!!

I had a short in my wall that was caused by a nail that worked it's way in to a plug Ernesto found it fight a way I would have never found it my self. Problem solved quick he even had time to check the rest of home electrical system Great Job!

My company here in Livermore experienced a major outage at our Office ( Electricity ) I contacted PG & E they where no help at all. I contacted Gills electric Sunday morning and they where on site with in the hour. I was greeted by Savannah who was amazing she was super friendly and knowledgeable. She was egger to get the job done with a smile. The conditions where raining and stormy outside but she did not let that stop her. She found the problem very quickly and did not hesitate to go on the roof and contained the water leak. She was vey helpful and work diligently to get us up and running. I really admire her work ethic. . I highly recommended Gill's Electric everyone that I worked with on the phones and getting a tech out was wonderful. I would like to Thank Savannah for her amazing job and she made a stressful moment for me a memorable one and her Great work!! JOB WELL DONE.. I will make Gills my first call every time. Update: Gill's Electric refunded us one hour of the electrician's time in response to my previous complaint. This is more than I had requested and showed their intent to ""make things right"" and keep their customers satisfied. I would contact them for electrical work In the future, but would make sure they instruct me regarding the correct parts to purchase in advance so as not to have this happen again.

Called to set up an appointment and the window was between 11-3. They were a no show!
No call , no email. We tried to call them and got and answering service. Never again!

Gill's is a blessing. Their skillful electrician Ken Manning came out to fix my complicated and obsolete breaker box. He diagnosed and repaired the problem incredibly fast. He was very knowledgable on the system in my home. I will definitely be working with them again.
