I hired this company to repair some electrical work at our family owned laundromat and needless to say we are extremely disappointed in the shoddy work and how the company had handled it. Was quoted one price then magically when the invoice comes its 3x the agreed upon amount. Then they threaten to put a lein against my buisness. I had two other electricians say that the owner of g&g is trying to go on vacation with what he charges. Do yourself a favor and look literally anywhere else. Pathetic!

I couldn't be happier with the service G & G provided. My old Kenmore washer stopping spinning so I called G & G based on the Yelp reviews. Mike came out within a few hours and fixed it. He was very professional and the rates were very reasonable. Two thumbs up.

I called on Friday to have someone come out and repair my clothing dryer. I was told they needed to order the part and they would call me on Monday to schedule a visit. So I don't hear back from them and call. It's only 3 pm and the receptionist doesn't have my work order so she can't give me any information. So I wait for her to call me back on Tuesday. Nothing. It's now noon so I give them a call. Now they want to schedule a technician to come out before they order the part. WTF? I had to wait 5 days for that? I'm going somewhere else with my business. Hopefully their customer service and expertise are better than this place.

G&G's great for laundry services! They helped us last year with our washing machine. It was fixed quickly, and we haven't had any problems with the washer since. The other day our dryer stopped working. They were able to fix it and get it working again perfectly. They are super friendly and have great customer service. They were also accommodating with our work schedule which made it easy. To top it off, their prices are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend their services.

I really appreciated their friendly, professional demeanor. My whirlpool washer was giving me an error code, so I called G&G to take a look at it. They were able to get it working by unplugging it and plugging it back in. They spent about an hour troubleshooting, and I was more than willing to pay them for the time; but, they told me they didn't want to charge me since they hadn't done any work to the machine itself. While fantastic, I really appreciated their honesty, since the alternative was replacing circuit cards internal to the unit which would have been really expensive really fast (and honestly, the result I was expecting). I highly recommend G&G if you are having appliance problems.

Sean saved my family from having to go naked! He called me back after I left a panicked weekend call about my dryer not working. Not only was he kind and straight forward about his pricing, he came and fixed my dryer that day, AND as part of the fix he cleaned my vent which was aparantly almost fully blocked. Above and beyond. Part of the gettin' it done club. Totally recommend Sean!

We recently moved and I noticed water underneath my washer. I didn't know who to call and decided to Yelp someone. Found G&G and they were able to come out right away. I called them at 9am and they had a technician out by 11am. Super professional and knowledgeable. The type of leak was not something he had seen before but he spent time going through the machine to make sure everything was in order. After time tuning it up no leak. He said if the problem wasn't resolved to give him a call and there would be no charge to come out again. Luckily it's been a week and no issues. They are also reasonably priced.

We have been having a persistent problem with our washing machine; it had been leaking and had had a couple parts replaced but water was still coming out. I called G&G; Sean was very positive and helpful on the phone and came within a couple of hours since he was in a neighboring area. He checked our machine, unscrewed the bottom to check everything, ran part of a cycle...and determined it wasn't the machine at all! He told me it was coming from plumbing inside the wall and apologized that he wasn't able to fix it. He then insisted on not charging me anything, even though he had come all the way out (we live in a somewhat out of the way area) and actually done some work. I am so impressed with his expertise, positive attitude and especially his honesty and sterling business practices that they'll be the first ones I call if I need help in the future!
