I really appreciated their friendly, professional demeanor. My whirlpool washer was giving me an error code, so I called G&G to take a look at it. They were able to get it working by unplugging it and plugging it back in. They spent about an hour troubleshooting, and I was more than willing to pay them for the time; but, they told me they didn't want to charge me since they hadn't done any work to the machine itself. While fantastic, I really appreciated their honesty, since the alternative was replacing circuit cards internal to the unit which would have been really expensive really fast (and honestly, the result I was expecting). I highly recommend G&G if you are having appliance problems.

Sean saved my family from having to go naked! He called me back after I left a panicked weekend call about my dryer not working. Not only was he kind and straight forward about his pricing, he came and fixed my dryer that day, AND as part of the fix he cleaned my vent which was aparantly almost fully blocked. Above and beyond. We recently moved and I noticed water underneath my washer. I didn't know who to call and decided to Yelp someone. Found G&G and they were able to come out right away. I called them at 9am and they had a technician out by 11am. Super professional and knowledgeable. The type of leak was not something he had seen before but he spent time going through the machine to make sure everything was in order. After time tuning it up no leak. He said if the problem wasn't resolved to give him a call and there would be no charge to come out again. Luckily it's been a week and no issues. They are also reasonably priced.

We have been having a persistent problem with our washing machine; it had been leaking and had had a couple parts replaced but water was still coming out. I called G&G; Sean was very positive and helpful on the phone and came within a couple of hours since he was in a neighboring area. He checked our machine, unscrewed the bottom to check everything, ran part of a cycle...and determined it wasn't the machine at all! He told me it was coming from plumbing inside the wall and apologized that he wasn't able to fix it. He then insisted on not charging me anything, even though he had come all the way out (we live in a somewhat out of the way area) and actually done some work. I am so impressed with his expertise, positive attitude and especially his honesty and sterling business practices that they'll be the first ones I call if I need help in the future!

Sean is terrific. We had some electrical problems that came with our place (unscrupulous developer), so Sean scouted out the problem and quickly provided solutions. In one case, he told me it wasn't necessary for me to change that particular wiring because it was safe as-is. He was very thorough, and he explained what he was doing and why as he worked. He knew safety was my main concern. Do not hesitate to contact Sean and his last long-standing, local family business. You want a licensed professional electrician. No one should have any electrical work completed by anyone other than a professional- and we are lucky to have Sean in our area.

This place is amazing! Our dryer stopped getting hot and we called a place that couldn't come out for 3 weeks; with a family of four that's unrealistic! We called G&G and they came out the very next day, and fixed our dryer two days later. They are professional, prompt, and priced very we! Will definitely keep them in my back pocket.

We ordered a new hot tub after nursing the old one for the past 5 of the 20 years we owned it. I could have plugged our new model into a 110V outlet; however, staying with the 220V option was more beneficial, even though it required a licensed electrician.

So on a Monday morning, I started to call around and after being given a time quote of 1 month, I luckily stumbled onto G&G. Sean was prompt, polite and extremely flexible in coming out around lunch...TODAY!


Arriving right on time and in a most professional and friendly manner, he and Mike installed the connection to our new tub, explaining a few complications as they came up and solving them promptly, asking for my input. When they finished, quickly I may add, they made sure everything was working, tied up all the lose ends and sealed all the panels, agreeing to send me an invoice for the charge...their standard 1 hour labor.

The good news is we now have a functioning hot tub and have a professional, reliable, reasonable and fast electrician we can call when the need arises. And it will...it always does. And when it happens to YOU, call these professionals. You will be pleased you did and when they are done, you will be relaxing like we are now, knowing the job was done right the first time at a reasonable rate by true professionals from your local community.
