I don't often leave reviews but I was so impressed with Guerin's Mobile Home Service that I felt compelled to leave this one.
I had Mike, the owner, put on a new roof and then later had him come out to replace a wall that had sustained water damage due to the heavy rains which also necessitated removing the flooring and then installing new flooring and baseboards. From the beginning to the end, Mike and his partner were very professional and respectful.
Their work was excellent (as verified by my very picky, perfectionist ex-husband!) and they left my home so neat you couldn't tell they'd even been there. Mike really takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend Guerin's if you need any work done on your mobile home.

I called these people to look at my Moms mobile home roof, after another company came went up on roof took pictures and told her there was a big hole in roof that needed repaired NOW. Don't know there name but they were trying to rip off a 90 yr old woman. Terrible!

Anyway I called Geurin, they promptly came out, went on roof, said there was absolutely NO hole....didn't need anything done as of yet.

If we need anything we will definitely be calling GEURIN!!

We have a 40 foot office trailer on our business property that had severe dry rot (and termites) on one side. I was warned that there are a lot of shady characters in the mobile home repair business so we tried to be very selective in our quote process. After we tented the building to kill the termites we selected Guerin Mobile Home Service to replace the siding, vinyl skirting, and add a rain gutter. Mike Kirby (owner) is very knowledgeable and gave us a fair quote for the work to be performed. His workmanship is excellent and he doesn't waste any time completing the job. Guerin will definitely be our first call should we require any repairs in the future.
