Do not use this man. He came and gave me an estimate, we agreed to the price. He told me he pulled the permit and asked to be reimbursed. He also asked for half up front. I gave him the money expecting him the following Tuesday. Since then he's ignored all calls and texts. He's a scam man. I was duped and hope only to prevent that from happening to someone else. Also called the permit office and no permit has been filed or paid for. Stay away from Nicholas Raper. He'd get negative stars if I could give it to him.
