Joe Cox and his company --what a hidden gem amongst all the other electricians out there to choose from.

I used his services for home repair to install a ceiling fan w/remote control and to replace a blown electrical outlet in one of the bedrooms.

He was super polite, friendly, knowledgeable and amazingly fast.

He kept me informed of when he would arrive and even when he was running behind on the job before mine, he re-informed me he would be running late and the approximate time he would able to leave. AND, on top of that, he called me 10-minutes before he arrived on my front door step.

He doesn't charge those astronomically ridiculous ""house call fees"" like the others do. There is a nominal charge, but it is applied towards the work done. He looked at both projects, gave me an astonishingly amazing great quote right on the spot. I approved and he got to work straight away. He took my payment and emailed my receipt. Super clean, super easy and super efficient.

It's now about almost two months later and everything is working great.

I plan to have him come back out to attend to both the front and back doorbells. They were originally done by another electrician who obviously botched the job. While he was there he even took a quick peek at the doorbells and diagnosed their problems (w/o a charge).

I say hire him & fast as he is super busy.
