I talked to George three times to have a small hole fixed in my drywall said he would do it Monday or Tuesday he would call me back and let me know he did not call me back so I called him on Monday and ask him if it was going to be Monday or Tuesday he said he would call me back on Tuesday between 10 and 11 did not call by 2 PM so I called him and was sent to a voicemail after only three ring so I know that as a way of hanging up on me and the voicemail said it is full and can't take no messages. Would not recommend it
He does not respond to texts or phone calls also I let him know it was a rental and I kind of needed to know if he could do it. At least call me and say you don't want to do it rather than egging me on and having to call you and not get any response from you I would not recommend this person to do any work as he is not responsible enough to make a phone call.

George the handyman has my vote for #1 in the valley found him after calling several of the top pics on Yelp (who took days to respond). They showed up same day I called We had them put up light fixtures move some electrical elements and a thermostat at a fourth of another quote they did the job professionally cleaned up and took the packing material with them. we called again for assistance again they took care of things immediately. We called again and are having garage racks installed as I saw someone had them do this a little while ago we are sold on George the Handyman

He has painted our house, replaced drywall, added an electrical outlet to our tile floor, installed can lights, installed Ring, replaced faucets, fixed toilets, installed USB outlets, and so much more. George is always our first call as he can do it all. He is on-time, polite, tidy and reasonably priced.

He's always so careful to get things exactly right plus he's fast. He's actually a skilled craftsman, much more than a handyman. I love that he shows up on time and answers my texts immediately. George is the best I've found after months of looking and has now been back multiple times. He has reasonable rates too.

As expected he should up on time. He has knowledge in more then just handyman work.
All my little jobs turned out perfect. He gives an honest opinion on what works and what doesn't. Most important he finishes a job and cleans up after himself.
His rate is more then fair. Up on arrival he gets to work and doesn't waste time at all.

I asked George (actually Jorge) to stop by to see about hanging a heavy mirror and some pictures on our outdoor stucco walls. He answered me within hours and set a time to come by in 2 days. When the crew arrived, they took to the project immediately and completed everything, tp my wife's satisfaction in about an hour. His fee was fair and we are very confident that everything will hold up, even if we have small tremors.
We will defineately call Jorge when/ if we have small projects in the future.
