I've been burned more than once when it comes to contractors here at home. Whether they're individual handymen or big contractor companies, I've been screwed a few times by dishonest people.

I found GEO on Craigslist. I had an urgent but simple task: clean out the few rain gutters my flat roofed home had because rain water was overflowing.

He responded via text within 5 minutes. We made a deal in another 5 minutes and he showed up as agreed a few hours later.

He went to work and very efficiently cleaned the gutters, removing about 100 pounds of debris. He also hosed down the gutters and roof, cleaning it all up.

I paid him via PayPal, we shook hands, and he left. I hope you get the picture: he does what he says he's going to do and he gives a fair price. Hire him. I will again!
