They conducted a thorough in home consultation answering all my questions and providing multiple installation options to help me find the best solution for my preferences and budget. I also have a lot of peace of mind knowing that they handle the entire installation, provide 24/7 monitoring of my generator as well as maintain my generator annually as required by my warranty.

Upon completion of our home, we began a search for companies that installed home generators. We contacted a few companies and they either didn't get back to us or we weren't comfortable when speaking with them. When we contacted Generator SuperCenter of San Antonio we were comfortable. Personnel were polite, professional and easy to deal with. After answering preliminary questions, we made an appointment for a sales rep to come to our home. On the appointment date, we received a call from the rep who kept us informed as to when he would arrive. Upon arrival, we found the rep to be polite and professional. He had an orderly presentation, gave us our options as to generator size and answered our questions patiently and completely. He gave us an overview as to the insatalation process and told us we would receive specific scheduling info. from office personnel. When we received our call, the ladies were thorough in explaining the steps for installation and giving us the timelines for the complete process. As time progressed, they were in constant contact with updates, always patient with constant questions. They handled all permitting requirements and any logistical issues without us having to get involved. On installation day, personnel were on time, neat, orderly, polite and professional. When a problem arose during installation, they advised us quickly and told us they would address the issue quickly. When I called the office directly, I was advised the issue would be resolved, which it was.

The installation was said to be between 8 and11 weeks. After 12 weeks I was told it would be scheduled 6 weeks later. Most of the contact either the company was initiated by me. Even when I told the receptionist I was not happy with the lack of contact and length of time to installation, I never heard from the sales or management team. Finally I cancelled the order but had to pay a cancellation fee of $1000. Save your time, there are a lot of other generator companies.
