We had to replace a 'receiver' in a ceiling fan since the remote control would not connect to turn it on and off. Dan from Generations Electric came by, diagnosed the problem and I ordered the new receiver from Amazon. A few days later it was here, Dan came at the time we had arranged and did the install. Very nice guy, obviously knows his stuff, from a family of electricians. Highly recommended.

I moved into a brand new home that annoyingly had 7 light switches that were not connected to anything. Dan came out and did a beautiful job removing them and making sure that everything inside the walls was safe and not a fire hazard. My job was not an easy one and initially Dan thought cutting drywall was needed but he brainstormed an idea that resulted in more work for him but saved my drywall. We hired Dan to move/add outlets, switches and a thermostat as well as disconnect an old alarm system. He checked out the work and gave us an estimate. He arrived promptly when scheduled and completed work in the estimated timeframe. The bill came to less than the estimate! He ran into some issues but was very creative and worked with the roadblocks. He was very safe and showed us how he disconnected and rewired the systems to be totally safe. He exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him to anyone.
