I installed Wi-Fi switches and some plugs that work on my cell phone. For some reason, when I installed a dimmer light switch I lost power to everything in our living room. I tried to trace everything but was unsuccessful in locating the problem. I called a friend of mine (Dan B.) and he suggested I call Bob (the owner) with GBW Electric.

I called him early Tuesday morning and he arrived within 1-hour. He tested every plug, tested all power breakers, and could not find the problem. I paid him for that day's service (6-hours) and he said he would be back the next day to run a hotline directly to the dimmer switch that was giving me the problem, and that would fix the problem. Bob also said that he would think about any other alternatives that night and see if he could come up with a better solution. WELL, HE DID. The next morning he came back and ask me if I had another power box separate from the main power panel. I said I believe when we put the pool in, they put a box on the outside wall of the house. Bob quickly went out and the breaker was down. The bottom line, he fixed the problem...

Bob with GBW Electric is an outstanding electrician. Bob really thinks things through and is very honest, knowledgeable, efficient, and knows what he is doing! Next time I need an electrician, I won't call anyone else! His cell phone is: 972-517-4651

I've used Bob Woodward several times to change lighting, add dimmer switches, replace the circuit breaker, etc. Always on time and reasonably priced. Comes with the right equipment; no trips to the supplier. He explains all the options and the price he quotes is firm. No surprises. Dealing with the same electrician every time is important to me. I know who he is and the quality of his work. Recommended!

1. Doesn't answer emails so don't bother with the email address on his website
2. After a day and half not receiving an email response, I called him about some electrical outlets that weren't working. He stated that he was just finishing up a job and could stop by in an hour or so. I gave him my address and cell phone number. He never showed nor did he call with an explanation.
