My water heater stopped working and I wasn't getting any electrical signals from the outlet supporting the heater. I reset the breaker to no avail. I was out of hot water, and quick response was very important. I called Gavin late Friday morning. He came by that evening and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. I hired Gavin to replace a ceiling fan with light fixture. He did an amazing job! He was responsive, on time, and kept the area tidy. Prior to the job, I had sent him a link of the fan I was going to order and he helped me realize that the fan was too low. I love my new ceiling fan which works well and the light is bright.

Gavin also noticed a broken outlet which I have been meaning to fix but never got around to. He quickly took care of that as well, at a reasonable price.

Gavin is awesome! He came by on a Sunday (who does that?), which was so very helpful to me. We used him to swap out/set up new smoke and carbon detectors. He's very knowledgeable and could easily explain to me what was happening with the previous faulty detectors. He even offered to take back unnecessary products I purchased for the job. Wow. Anyway I will call him again for future work at our other properties.

I called 10 places and finally I got the Help!

It was a 2 way pleasure because he's Chinese and I am Chinese he doesn't try to screw u over at reasonable rates etc.

The Issue I found Mr. Chen is because my landlord tried to do me dirty / and to me my landlord is a asshole avoid them if u can. My landlord tried to get into my personal affairs so I got a lawyer. So I am the Bad the guy?

Well he installed a electrical control for me now it is up and running. Paid 80 dollars u guys should request a discount.

The speed he installed it was impressive 10 to 13 mins and told me if there are errors he will repair it. He's absolutely a nice guy!

I was impressed because he did not need to turn off the Electricity and got it running perfectly. At the end: I thought I should get a Electrician Certificate could be useless.

I also got 2 lawyers to deal with legal matters and troubles that way I won't be bad person.
