I was looking for a reliable electrician and looked on Yelp, I'm so glad I trusted the other reviews! I reached out to Gavin to install recess lighting in my kitchen, an outdoor outlet and an indoor outlet.

Gavin was responsive when I first requested a quote and later in the week, came by to examine the areas. He asked a lot of good questions and was very detail oriented. He stated his job scope very clearly.

On the day of the work, he kept me updated on his arrival and came on time. It took him an entire day to do the work and I'm appreciative of the Covid precautions he took. I definitely will reach out to Gavin for future work. I speak English and Mandarin and it was very helpful that Gavin is bilingual. His price was competitive with others that I looked for in the area.

Gavin was the best! He was able to troubleshoot my power cut via text and sending video and help me fix the problem quickly! I thought I drilled through an electric wire and broke my electricity but he was able to point out quickly the issue. He was also super responsive! Would definitely recommend him!

Gavin is an excellent and professional electrician. He carefully installed an outlet next to an existing light switch in my kitchen. The new switch/outlet looks perfect and functions great just like it has been part of the kitchen all along. Not only is Gavin's work professional, but his preparation is too. Prior to coming over for the job, we spoke by phone and via text to figure out the best possible solution for the new outlet. Gavin was generous with his time to ensure me that the job could be done so that when he arrived he performed the work exactly as he had described. And he did just that! Gavin installed several complicated smart thermostats for our rare radiant ceiling heat today. We had two electricians in our home before Gavin, neither knew how to install the thermostats or perhaps weren't willing to explore the complicated set-up. Had a great experience with Gavin who helped us install a floodlight + camera on the exterior of my parents house. He was very responsive, polite and professional. He took his time to explain things and was patient. Gavin's prices were reasonable and he got the job done. We recently moved into an older home that needed outlets to be grounded. The job was not an easy one -- there was a need for holes to be opened in our ceilings and walls and we were given an estimation of the job taking at least a week by another company. Well, we found Gaven who did the job in one long day of hard work. He was professional, direct on what the expectations were, and executed the job perfectly.

Weeks later I had a DIY emergency working with exposed live wires -- he was responsive, and was able to come the same day to fix my issue and educate me on electrical 101. I am now a safer person because of it.
