He was knowledgable, methodical, thoughtful and very organized when fixing our lighting issue. He helped us label every wire and when he was done he cleaned up after himself. He explained every step to us and we feel very confident about his work. Now I finally have my kitchen lights again.

Gavin was fantastic! He was responsive and even offered to come out the same day to help us fix a set of outlets in our kitchen even though the work wasn't necessarily urgent. He resolved the issue quickly and explained everything he was doing to resolve the issue. Rates were reasonable as well! Gavin individually solved an electrical problem for us that 2 other electrical companies could not. He took the time to carefully diagnosis the issue, whereas the other companies just seemed to do a superficial once over before trying to charge us an exorbitant amount for a huge, unnecessary project.

We were having an issue where whenever the garbage disposal or microwave was used, the circuit breaker would trip in one of the bedrooms. We called 2 bigger name companies whose electricians could not figure out what was wrong. Their only solution was to suggest breaking open the walls and installing dedicated lines, but they even admitted that they weren't sure that would solve the problem. It would also have cost thousands of dollars.

Gavin really seemed to want to solve the problem instead of just trying to gouge us out of our money. He took the time to look at different areas of the house and was able to trace the faulty wire to a different bedroom. He fixed the issue and we didn't have to break open any walls.

Very nice guy as well, considerate of our space, and he just genuinely seemed to care about solving the problem.

We have just moved into a new house. Couple of days later, the lights in kitchen and garage went out. We were panicking not knowing what to do. We got Gavin's number from one of my friends.
Even before the visit, Gavin he asked the details on the issue and status. He came to my house on Friday night at his extra working hours. Me and my husband are so grateful for him!!
