RUN!!! SCAMMING AND DISTROYED MY POND FILTER NEARLY KILLING $30K IN KOI FISH!!
This was the worse experience I've ever had with ANY company!! First off this male (I can't say man due to the immaturity) tells me the $59 charge I was quoted to come out was only to knock on my door. He then tells me he wants $300 to check the problem. I tell him I don't have $300 that I'm disabled and on social security he has a big smirk on his face giggling as i tell him this! He tries to tell me that I'm going to need a new junction box, fuse panel and wires that there's burn marks and I'm lucky it's just the power out. All this from ,the front door no diagnostic NOTHING! FPL was here due to the outage as well I called them. I tell him to leave and he messes around On my property talking on the phone. Sow it tell hitmx ""GET OFFG THE. PROPERTY OR IM CALLING TIPHLE POLICE"" He bragging "" oh I get thrown off property ALL the time"" as he's
Laughing. Before leaving he goes on The side of my home and pampers with my $10k koi pond filtration system. I known this because my neighbor across the street called on video call and I saw him! There were also 3 FPL techs that saw him as well. He had broken off a peice of the top of my fibers cap, removed a screw, loosened 4 pipes and nearly distroyed my system!! I call and spoke to a woman claiming to be ""one of the owners"" all she did was defend this kid saying he's never done anything like this and wanted a copy of the video. My carmers on the property wernt recording due to the power on that side was out I could only watch in horror as he Maliciously tried to destroy the ponds system and attemp it to kill my fish!!

Have called on two separate occasions for two different issues, both times I was told, we will call you right back to schedule. Never heard from them. Save yourself some time and just call someone else.

We were having an issue with the light in the kids room randomly working at its own will we had multiple companies try to fix it to no avail.
I called Gator Electric and Bruce came over assessed the situation and provided a solution in a cost efficient and timely manner :) I'm so grateful knowing my kids are safe!

I guess they are good, I will never know, I called last night with issues I needed resolved right away. They said the tech will call me tomorrow. By 3pm the next day I had to call someone else because they never called me back. Thank god I didn't wait around, someone else took my call and came right over and solved my issue.

When we first used Gator they were great. Responsive and top-notch work, very professional. Very recently I tried to hire them again and they missed to appointments and never returned calls. Shame.
