Had an issue with my very old smoke detectors. Needed someone to come out to replace all 3. Patrick was the only guy who was able to come out & offer a decent pricing at the same time. Easy to work with guy & open to answering any questions I may have. Happy to finally have new smoke detectors that won't make weird noises!

I hired Patrick to install two fixtures and he was able to come the same day! Patrick was prompt, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job! He showed up on time, was very easy to work with, and very reasonably priced!

Unfortunately didn't have a good experience with Patrick. Paid $120 and I didn't get the bathroom exhaust fan repaired / replaced. So need to investigate another vendor to resolve.

Patrick advised he was going to reach back out to me with replacement fan options and pricing. No word after more than a week. Disappointed as he was a personable guy and seemed capable.

Also there was some damage done to my bathroom wall and screws left missing. Have to repaint / repair.

I had my basement flooded and all the electrical systems appeared to be out. I put in a yelp request at 8 AM, picked Patrick, and he was out by noon fixing everything. He was done by 2 PM and did a great job.
