Everything seemed great in the beginning, he and his coworker provided some good numbers and agreed to come back some 10 days later to do the work. A few days later, a week early, he txts that he will be showing up on the incorrect day. We hadn't even finalized any paper agreements.

After that conversation, no responses. Just unprofessional. He does like working for cash though.

I will only use Garrett for electrical issues now that I've found him. Garrett's rates are so reasonable, he's honest, very experienced, and helped me out so much today.

I found out this morning that my tenant was without power in half the living room which meant no TV, lights, and no outside light for three days. I found Garrett on Yelp and he answered right away. Garrett was on a job an hour away but said he'd call me when he was done, and that he did. I explained the issue and he was at the property an hour later. He found the issue ( a bad wire nut that caused the receptacle housing to melt and wiring fire damage) and repaired it before the tenant got home from work. Yes, he literally saved the day for me and for the tenant!!!

Garrett responded immediately and showed up within the expected time frame. His prompt response and professionalism took care of the smoke alarm/CO2 concerns we were having. He bought the needed material, installed it and waited to see if it will still chirp. The smoke/CO2 alarm needs replacement. He even suggested to replace the other room's battery since he heard it's chirping. Thanks for catching that. He matched the competitor's price too. Thank you, Garrett for responding ASAP and for your help!It's now peaceful in our home.
