My pool pump stopped working last week so I uninstalled the pool pump took it to the pool company and had them check it out. After disassembling it and getting it over there I dropped it off and before I got home they called me back and said it works fine nothing wrong with it come back and get it. I went home reinstalled it still would not come on.

Now I'm thinking it's an electrical problem. So I disassemble the outside box, check all the connections turn the power off then back on still nothing. By now my pool has alligators and sharks so after calling a couple of listed recommendations of electricians near Winder with no answer I called Garrett.

Not only did they answer on the third ring he was typing in my name phone number everything while I was telling him my problem. I was hoping it was a simple issue that I was overlooking but he gave me his cost upfront as I needed this done now, noon on Friday is never a good time to call so it is what I expected so we had no people in the office all were on jobs and he said for an extra $20 I can pull someone off a job and come take a look because it's probably something easy. I said go for it!

By 1 o'clock a Garrett truck pulled into my driveway with two people ready to go get them to the fuse box show them the pool I went back to mowing the yard and within 10 minutes they found the ground fault receptacle on the side of the house next to the cable box which I have never seen(I just moved in a month ago) he reset it I threw in chemicals to the pool life is good! They text me their progress the entire time and a copy of the bill and we're super nice guys didn't even laugh at me for not being able to find the power outlet that actually powered the pool hidden behind the plants by the house. Thank you thank you! I can have my barbecue tomorrow pool is back to working great and Garrett save the day. Great customer service highly recommend !

Urgent repair matters always seem to happen during the holidays. We had an electrical outlet burn that was repaired promptly and capably by Claud Garrett who serves our area. He answers all his calls, and handled the job himself, even adjusted bill from original worst case estimate. I recommend him highly!

JD Garret is an excellent guy. So I am in the process of renovating an old house. I called him in the afternoon around 2:30pm for some electrical failure. I used his service before, so I was why not call him again. Didn't expect him to be able to fit me in his schedule so quickly. He came by in the morning at 7:45am and took care of the problem. He mentioned I had warranty on the house, which I wasn't even aware of from the first time he did a job for me. He's a straightforward honest guy. Very efficient and knowledgeable not only in electricity but other construction related areas in a house. Will definitely call him for any other future house projects I plan and is in need of an electrician.

JR Garrett is one of the most professional people i have meet in a while. He fixed a problem i was having with the loss of power in a main wall, found out it was a bad switch for an overhead light. Who would of known that. Price was great for me being disabled. Use them if you have a need, i will again if needed.
