Never Again!!!! 4000 Sf fitness center needed to have 36 lights seperated, panel seperated and TV cable ran. should have been about a $6000-$7500 job. two weeks max. Well it was a whole month and $20000.00 invoice! Commercial electricians with an assistant included on salary make about $8000.00 a month! He went through two of his assistants. Its people like this that make general contractors bankrupt. Please make sure you get a written bid and contract with him for any work! Better yet, hire someone from Houston, pay thier travel expense and you will still be ahead and on time!!!!!!!
