We are very happy with GAP Electric! I requested a quote to have outlets repaired and 3 lights installed, and within a few minutes I already had a response. Gonzalo immediately came out the next day to review the work and provided an estimate, which was very reasonable. He was super flexible with our work schedule and offered to come in the evening, which was incredibly helpful. Within a couple hours everything was complete! There are still a few more things that need to get done, and we'll definitely reach back out to him when ready.

Gonzalo did an awesome job installing a 240v EV charger. He picked up immediately, was knowledgeable, came at the scheduled time and did a really nice, neat job. He was polite and courteous throughout and explained what he was going to do. He stick to his very reasonable quote even though it presented several more challenges than expected. The best thing is that when I incorrectly thought there was a problem with another breaker as a result of the 240v he just added (I was totally wrong). Gonzalo came back immediately later that afternoon to check on things. Highly recommended

Gonzalo did a really great job for us. He sent us a quote and then came out the next day and installed an electrical outlet and two wall lights where there previously were none. It ended up taking about twice as long as he thought but he stayed with his original quote. We're very happy with the professional job he did for us. Thank you. I worked with him to install two bathroom fans a month ago. One of the fans has already stopped working. I sent him a message as well but he has not replied. I had a frustrating experience during the installation too. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Gonzalo is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I asked him to give me an estimate to repair a electrical outlet I thought to be not sufficiently grounded. He came over within the hour and inspected my wiring and told me it was okay. Therefore I didn't need his services. I wanted to give him something for his time and professional opinion but he didn't want anything. I would not hesitate to call upon him the next time I need an electrician.

I moved to a new house and suddenly realized that I don't have 240V to run my electric dryer. I had to choose between either going through the trouble of selling my old dryer (which I very much like) and buying a new one operated with gas - or somehow finding a way to wire a 240V outlet in my laundry room. I didn't keep my hopes up for getting this job done for a reasonable price, nevertheless I gave Gonzalo a call as he was the only electrician nearby who was responsive over the weekend. He came right away (within the hour!) and approached the problem very professionally (he promptly went to look at the panels and crawl space to find the best and fastest solution). It seemed like a lot of work but in the end he agreed to get it done right away! He drove out to Home Depot to buy the right parts and after hours of hard work, he finally solved my problem just exactly as I was hoping and for a very reasonable price. I was able to wash and dry my clothes the same evening!! There was no need to waste my time on posting any of my appliances on Craigslist, scheduling appointment with potential buyers, purchasing gas dryer and turning my laundry room upside down so that movers could hook up the new one where it was supposed to be. I am also grateful for not having to take a day off from work. What a relief! Gonzalo made a very good effort despite that the task was quite complicated (he even cleaned up after drilling the wall!), he was quick, reliable and the price he asked was affordable. I would call him in any emergency situation and would highly recommend him to anyone!

Great job in our 120 year old house, moving us into the modern age, replacing our old panel and running a number of new lines into our house. Gonzalo was very patient as he had to sort thru all the historical ideas someone had about how to wire this house (none of them good). He was also good about working on two Saturdays and several days in between. Now our place actually runs well and it was a pleasure to have him fix everything.

Definitely recommend Gonzalo for electrical work!!! He recently upgraded my old Federal Pacific main panel outside and subpannel iside the house. He also dealt with all the permits and inspections to make sure we have power right away and managed the installation and upgrade with the city inspector. I am thankful he was able to find a valuable solution and understand our project requirements, because other electrical firms weren't as flexible to accommodate our job from what needs to be done. Everyone else wanted to do a job and upsell a ton of other work that really drove the estimates up through the roof, while Gonzalo was pleasure to deal with and resolved all snags with creative workarounds. I am looking forward to hiring him for more jobs, because he is courteous, reasonable, excellent hardworking worksman and a great guy to deal with. Thanks Gonzalo
