After getting estimates from 3 other contractors, we decided to go with Carlos and team / family to remodel 2 bathrooms for us. Practical reasons being:

- They gave most competitive and reasonable price. Enabled us to squeeze in 2nd bathroom remodel
- Overall tangible experience (plumbing, carpentry, tiling, etc.)
- Able to resolve unexpected issues on the fly
- Accommodated changes we requested in middle of construction

However I would say their greatest asset is that their simply just good and honest people. It was pleasure to see them each day and ultimately, sad to see them go. Frankly, I don't think we'll be going with anyone else for any future home related projects. Thank you to Carlos and team / family!

I recently bought a townhouse and it needed electrical work. I posted the job here on yelp and got messages from several electricians. However, the other electricians were not responsive after the initial message. I told Carlos that I needed 3 outlets to be replaced with GFCI outlets and I need two damaged outlets to be fixed. Carlos provided a quote and asked for my availability. I chose to proceed with Carlos and his team because of how instantaneous his responses were.

On the day of the appointment, the electrician (Bryan) was at the front door a few minutes early. Unfortunately, I was running late and he had to wait for me.


I showed Bryan all of the outlets and light switches that I wanted to replace. Bryan studied the electrical panel and the outlets near the sinks. After studying the outlets, Bryan told me that the outlets near the sinks are all GFCI protected and do not need replacement. The outlets looked like regular outlets so I was a bit confused. Byan explained to me how they are GFCI protected and even showed me which GFCI outlets were protecting those regular outlets. Since I was still confused, Bryan explained to me in detail how GFCI outlets work and how the electricity in my property is wired. I was incredibly impressed by how knowledgeable he is and how honest he is. Bryan told me that those regular outlets do not need replacements since they are protected and it is up to me if I would like him to replace them with actual GFCI outlets. Bryan proceeded to work on the two damaged (burnt/disconnected) outlets. After fixing the damaged outlets, he proceeded to replace the broken light switches. Bryan was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly efficient

Carlos and his crew are very professional, reliable and value for cost. Used him for 240 V EV installation job along with drawing two front and back wires for food lights. Him and crew were excellent consultants and kept me informed of the entire progress. Did an excellent weather proofing jobs for outside and cleaned up after themselves. Will rehire again for sure.

I called him back to see if he was on his way for our confirmed appointment . No response or callback to say he couldn't make the appointment or to reschedule the appointment.
