Frank B.Called for service on Monday November 13th. Problem with my outside coach lights. Said they would call back and set a time/date to come out. It is now November 30th and I have not heard back from them. And yes, I am a former customer.
Called another electrician and he came out the next day to do what amounted to be a simple repair.
I really should've known better, because when I made the initial call, it sounded like I interrupted the woman on the other end who sounded very disinterested perhaps it was because it was 8:15 AM.
I would not recommend them.
