The service trip fee of $99 is attractive but they billed another $191 for a simple job done in less than 30 minutes - $290! When I asked what their hourly rate was they said they don't have one. I felt tricked and I told them so, they gave me a 10% discount :(

I had a free diagnostic and estimate done by Michael Stone, who was very helpful in explaining to me that I had a hydronic heating system and gave me recommendations on how to maintain it. He didn't try to upsell me on anything and I have a solid list of action items to follow up on. He said he would provide an estimate on the cost to replace the unit via email, so I'll wait on that and in the meantime, do the self-maintenance he recommended.

Galaxy came and installed a 240v plug next to my assigned parking spot so I can plug a portable EV Charger in the communal garage of my building. I don't actually live above our underground garage so they were creative and figured out how to extend a line from my meter.

Galaxy was very easy to communicate with. They were willing to work with my HOA. They were neat and everything was installed in timely manner (process took one whole day plus a little bit more the next day to finish up plus another day for inspection). I am very happy with their work.

I was very pleased with the service I got from Galaxy, and I will certainly be using them again. I needed to add some outlets to the outdoor wall of my condo. Galaxy were the quick to respond, did not ask for photos, just asked what was needed, and an appointment was set up for just a few days later. Peter was the electrician who came out twice. Both times he was prompt and communicative by text. But more importantly, he was very friendly and helpful with a great sense of humor. I had some questions about some unrelated issues, and he offered helpful advice. The project was done in just a few hours and the work was great. I will definitely call on them in the future.
