I was a huge fan of G-ren. You recommend him to anyone who asked and used him anytime I needed.
Recently, I had a small job, and was so disappointed in his professionalism.
We set an appointment for an estimate, i confirmed he would that he would not be doing the work, as I needed to make arrangements. He was a no call, no show. He finally reached out to me the next day, and we rescheduled for the following day.
The next day two guys showed up to do the work, keep in mind I had no price.
I was really disappointed, but misunderstandings happen. I reached out to him to reschedule, I apologized for the misunderstanding and sent him screenshots to explain why I wasn't expecting them. I figured after working with him for 8 years, in my home and at work was worth trying to overlook a misunderstanding.
His response was that he would do the work I ate half the cost of his guys labor, no apology or recognition that he dropped the ball.
It's really to bad, I have never gotten a second bid when I needed electrical work.
I am not sure why he was so unprofessional, but I was incredibly disappointed.

Roee didn't acknowledge an error made by his workers. I had to hire another electrician and pay him $250 to fix G-Ren's mistakes. The main reason I am writing this review is not even that - Roee declined even to come over and look at the issue, was extremely rude and unprofessional, yelled at me - and never apologized. I would not recommend anybody using G-Ren's services

Finally electrictian that show up, not only on time but also leaving the job very clean without suprising hidden charge. This was refreshing for our Los Angeles.
when I spoke with Roi he was very respectful for our needs, he was very clear about the job and the process, I have to say very professional.
I mean he isn't a Dr. But he take his job seriously. This was our second time with G-REN and will continue. I would definitely recommend to give them a chance.

I love these guys so much!!! I've been looking for years for a reliable, prompt and all around reasonable electrician and Ray and Luis are everything and more! Not only using them for myself, but as a Realtor I take referring vendors to my clients very seriously, and I have given Ray's contact info over to everyone without hesitation.

Fantastic. We got quotes all over the place to have a simple 120v outlet installed for our EV in the carport. Some people were REALLY trying to take advantage (somehow they don't understand we got an EV to SAVE money, not because we had a ton to waste).

It didn't take long to set the appointment or even do the work. Very quick, fair price, and great, clean installation -- everything was just the way it should be. Thank you for making this painless and fair!

We're using them for our next similar job at a new place we're moving to. Will update review again after :-)

I called early in the morning for a surge issue we had late the previous night. Their crew showed up well ahead of time they said they would be there. They found and fixed the problem right away. They were professional and courteous. I will definitely call them again if we need anything electrical done.

I recently had G-REN Electrical come to install recessed lighting throughout my home. Roee (the owner) was very professional. He gave me a reasonable quote and helped with ideas for light placement . His guys we're friendly and made sure to always wear masks while working on the property. They were also very cleans and tidy. I would highly recommend G-REN Electrical to my friends and family.

I was referred to G-Ren Electrical by a friend. We needed some electrical work and additional outlets and switches in a few places on the outside our house. After a quick estimate and a very reasonable quote, we decided to go with them.

A crew of three showed up on time, explained everything they were going to do and went to work. They worked very efficiently ,communited effectively and cleaned up everything afterwards.

I could have not asked for a more professional and timely install. Everything was a breeze from the estimate, the work order and job completion. I will highly recommend G-Ren Electrical to everyone I know.
