Over 25 years in Vero Beach, we've never had as positive an experience with an electrician as we did with FV Casano Electric. We lost power in February and FPL determined the underground wire from meter to transformer failed. They laid a ground strap across our property and claimed they would be back to bury it within 4 wks. After 4 wks, FPL changed story and said it was our responsibility to permit job, dig trench, bore under driveway and lay conduit. We had no idea where to turn. Kathryn, Frank and the Casano Electric team stepped in and managed the entire process. They knew all the right questions to ask, knew the right people at FPL to call, and knew the way to get job done quickly. With Casano in charge, FPL eventually finished its work and new wire was buried underground.

FV Casano team was responsive, patient and willing to take time to explain a very complicated and frustrating process. We will continue to use FV Casano for all electrical needs in the future.

I highly recommend FV Casano for all your electrical work. Our condo building had a fire and we all started from scratch. The rough-in electrical was in place; however, in addition to installing all lighting, fans, Casano's also had to replace/redo some of the initial wiring work, and replace dimmers and issues with electrical boxes.
Highly professional; excellent customer service; true punctuality; great follow-up; fair prices; willingness to accommodate the client. Also, they respected COVID social distancing and wore masks. The electricians were always polite and explained in detail what they were doing, including giving advice and tips. It was a pleasure to do business with everyone.

Casano did a great job installing our generator. They were professional,
on time and on budget. Special thanks to Randy who made everything happen on site and was a joy to have around during the installation. He also was very thorough. We also used them for lighting on our dock last year. And same great job! Also kudos to the owner Frank and the wonderful team in the office. Seriously these guys all respond promptly and do what they say they will do.

FV Casano Electric is very intelligent and knowledgeable. We contracted them to install rail lighting in our kitchen utilizing hand-blown glass shades that weigh approximately 5 lbs each. Matt our service rep made suggestions regarding the installation and then proceeded to complete the job in a timely manner and did a fantastic job. When ever we have company at the house, the first thing they comment on are the rail lights and how great they look.

We then Had Matt and Jeremy install outdoor ""Uplighting"" in the front and rear of our home. Once again, they were knowledgeable and did a great job. Matt worked extra hard on installing the wiring by tunneling underneath our block walkways and made sure that we were happy with what they were doing. Both Matt & Jeremy were polite, and asked plenty of questions along the way so that my partner and I were totally satisfied with the job through completion.

At the end of the job, Frank Casano, himself, stopped by and went over the entire project with us and made sure that we were happy.

We will definitely be using FV Casano Electric in the future and would recommend them to anyone that needs work done.

I had an extensive punch list of 15 items that needed to be done. Including figuring out how the switches were wired. Previous owner had made a bunch of changes, and I couldn't tell what was what. Scheduling was easy and thorough. Showed up on time; worked the full 8 hours. Everything works when I flip the switch! Happy customer.
