I am very satisfied with Attic Bright's service! Lately, I've been noticing rodent droppings within my house. Luckily, I found Attic Bright and they were able to get rid of them quickly and effectively. I called their number and they were super understanding and friendly about my situation. 5/5 customer service. Israel and Gideon arrived on time to inspect where the rodents would be. Furthermore, Gideon was very helpful on giving me some tips about rodent prevention. It's been months since they've performed their job on my house and there are no rodents in sight! Thank you so much! They did a great job and I would definitely use their service again or recommend them to friends/families.

My dad and I found Attic Bright San Rafael on yelp and after our experience with their service my dad was overjoyed and told me I needed to write them a good review (which he has never done before), so that's saying a lot !

At home we have been noticing little rat droppings in our cabinet area and drawers. On several occasions members of my family have seen little rats run from room to room.. we tried rodent traps and poison to kill them off, but it was no help. After trying everything with no avail, my father decided it was time to call professional help.

Jonathan came from Attic Bright San Rafael to help with rodent proofing and prevention. My father said Jonathan acted professionally and was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. Jonathan also helped my dad with tips and tricks on how to get rid of all the rodents already living in our house. It's been several weeks since Jonathan has came to help with our rodent problem and I have not seen anymore little rats running around since. Thank you Jonathan for your help! Attic Bright came through in the clutch for us! We recently found out our attic's weather proofing had been eaten through by rodents. After looking through a few companies we decided on Attic Bright and we're incredibly glad we did.

Jonathan and Alex came out to our house on a Friday night for an extensive inspection and price estimate that was incredibly competitive to other groups. They were professional and cordial throughout, inviting us to ask any questions we had and really helped to put our minds at ease. We got estimates for repair of our insulation, as well as rodent proofing/prevention and repair.

Israel and Gideon were professional, efficient, and clean with the installation of the aforementioned products. They arrived on time and spent more than enough time explaining the insulation installation process as well as what they were doing to ensure we would'nt have a rodent problem again.

Thank you guys again! I would definitely recommend this group to anyone looking for insulation repair and/or rodent proofing and prevention. You guys did amazing work!

When I came back to visit my parents, I noticed the occasional rat dropping near the entrance to our attic. My parents rarely go up there, and when I went to check it out the whole space was just infested with droppings. I quickly gave the guys at Attic Bright a call, and after I explained my situation Jonathan was happy to give me a free quote for their rodent prevention and proofing services!

Two of their guys, Alex and Gideon, came to do an inspection the next day, and they told me it was a simple solution and took care of everything on the spot. To my surprise, they were in and out in the matter of an hour or two. It's been 2 weeks, and there's absolutely zero signs of those rats. My home is pretty old home and I kept hearing noises in the ceiling and I realized it was rodents. So I looking for rodent proofing and rodent prevention services and I stumbled upon Attic Bright San Rafael. I gave them a call and spoke to Jonathan and told him what the problem was. He proceeds to explain the process and estimated the cost of it to me. He also explained how I would probably need to replace my insulation too if there was rodent activity since it's likely the rodents ruined it. He was very knowledgeable about it so I trusted him for the job.

He checked my insulation to see the current situation that was at hand and I did indeed need to replace the insulation. He also rodent proofed it and added rodent preventions. Jonathan got the job done very quickly and left my house in a mannerly way unlike how most home repair or home improvement services would. I highly recommend this business to others who have the same problem with their homes.

I am very delighted with Attic Bight's work. Jonathan was honest off the bat. He told me what I needed and how much it would cost.  He explained to me what he would do and how he would get it done. I was really worried about the whole insulation installation process. Fortunately, Jonathan made it very easy.
His day 1 explanation is exactly how everything played out. He installed the insulation in a way that maximized the thermal management properties. I was able to verify that they did not just compress the insulation, but put it accordingly. Everything was done accordingly, professionally, and in a timely manner.

If I could give ten stars I would! Thank you so much to my technician Israel for a phenomenal job repairing and installing new insulation in my ( new to me ) house. These guys have been amazing since day one, they were recommended to me through a family friend for their awesome work and I definitely can say they are the best at what that do. I spoke to Alex on the phone, who by the way had great customer service and was able to set me up with a appointment the same week!

On top of the repair, they also recommended I get rodent prevention so the same thing doesn't happen to me in the future, I knew they were giving me their honest opinion and not trying to make extra money off of me so I agreed and now my little family and I feel more secure than ever. Okay, so where do I begin... I gave a call due to rodent prevention and Alex was amazing! Honestly I'm the type of person that tries to do it myself by watching youtube videos but in this case, probably not! I've had these rodents for quite some time because of my messy roommate that'd leave food everywhere and thank goodness alex was able to help me out with these disgusting creatures~ I swear, if it weren't for him, I'd probably would never have my friends over. And since my cat likes to hunt mice, I honestly wouldn't want him to bite into those rodent since you dont know where they've been, and what kind of bacteria they have inside. Anyways thanks a ton!

I can't stress it enough how much I dislike going into the attic! My cousin asked me to help to do some home improvement and went with sprucing up the attic to use it as storage. He had just bought the house so he didn't know what was up there. When we got in there, there were rodent traps with rodents in them, and slight evidence of rodents still in the attic. We didn't want to deal with the mess and on top of that, it needed insulation repair beyond my knowledge. Jonathan and Alex came out and did an amazing job! Took care of the mess in the attic. The reason I went with this company is because they were very knowledgeable and courteous. I was impressed by their knowledge and went with the insulation repair and rodent proofing and prevention. I was not disappointed! They made it easy for me to convert the attic into an additional storage room and it's well insulated.
