I am very delighted with Attic Bight's work. Jonathan was honest off the bat. He told me what I needed and how much it would cost.  He explained to me what he would do and how he would get it done. I was really worried about the whole insulation installation process. Fortunately, Jonathan made it very easy.
His day 1 explanation is exactly how everything played out. He installed the insulation in a way that maximized the thermal management properties. I was able to verify that they did not just compress the insulation, but put it accordingly. Everything was done accordingly, professionally, and in a timely manner.

If I could give ten stars I would! Thank you so much to my technician Israel for a phenomenal job repairing and installing new insulation in my ( new to me ) house. These guys have been amazing since day one, they were recommended to me through a family friend for their awesome work and I definitely can say they are the best at what that do. I spoke to Alex on the phone, who by the way had great customer service and was able to set me up with a appointment the same week!

On top of the repair, they also recommended I get rodent prevention so the same thing doesn't happen to me in the future, I knew they were giving me their honest opinion and not trying to make extra money off of me so I agreed and now my little family and I feel more secure than ever. Okay, so where do I begin... I gave a call due to rodent prevention and Alex was amazing! Honestly I'm the type of person that tries to do it myself by watching youtube videos but in this case, probably not! I've had these rodents for quite some time because of my messy roommate that'd leave food everywhere and thank goodness alex was able to help me out with these disgusting creatures~ I swear, if it weren't for him, I'd probably would never have my friends over. And since my cat likes to hunt mice, I honestly wouldn't want him to bite into those rodent since you dont know where they've been, and what kind of bacteria they have inside. Anyways thanks a ton!

I can't stress it enough how much I dislike going into the attic! My cousin asked me to help to do some home improvement and went with sprucing up the attic to use it as storage. He had just bought the house so he didn't know what was up there. When we got in there, there were rodent traps with rodents in them, and slight evidence of rodents still in the attic. We didn't want to deal with the mess and on top of that, it needed insulation repair beyond my knowledge. Jonathan and Alex came out and did an amazing job! Took care of the mess in the attic. The reason I went with this company is because they were very knowledgeable and courteous. I was impressed by their knowledge and went with the insulation repair and rodent proofing and prevention. I was not disappointed! They made it easy for me to convert the attic into an additional storage room and it's well insulated. Jay and William came and gave me the estimate right away and the date was set. What they told me made most sense. Nobody else told me there was a part of attic that had no insulation. The crew arrived a little late after experiencing a flat tire, but once they got on the job, it went super smooth. They took pictures for each step and explained what they did. Judging from the photos, they did a super clean job!

Attic Bright at San Rafael would not only get the job done but leave you astonished on how well they do this. I was scared at first because I did not know what to expect from this company. When they came to do the job, they did it better than I thought.

Jonathan was really helpful and made me comfortable to trust his service. Alex and Israel even finished the job two days faster than the original process time. Gideon also provided me with the best Insulation installation and Rodent prevention service for such a low price. I will be using their service more often and I recommend anyone who wants those bloody rodents out of their house ASAP!!!

Highly recommend using attic bright. My initial phone call was to Alex. He was very patient explaining to me my options on rodent proofing & rodent prevention, as I live in a home with a huge avocado tree and the mice had found themselves a new home within ours. I couldn't stand hearing them scurry around all day and night.

After they rodent proofed my space, Gideon gave me more tips and info on rodent prevention. He was very informative and gave great customer service. These guys are very knowledgeable and I'm so happy I found them when I did. They also do insulation repair or insulation installation if the critters happen to tear them down like mine did! What can I say, pests like nests. Thank you so much Alex, Gideon, & the whole Attic Bright team for giving me back my sanity & beauty sleep!

I definitely recommend Attic Bright. These guys went above and beyond to help my friend with his home roofing. A very close friend bought a new home and needed some work done with roof leak in couple of the rooms. After several call and failure to find a decent contractor or appointment, we stumbled upon Attic Bright. In less than an HR of speaking with Jonathan and explaining the situation with the roof leak, two other staff members (Israel and Gideon)were sent to our location to inspect the leak. They gave us a quote that was almost 10-15% less than what other places we inquired from had asked. These guys were very prompt, professional, and in a very knowledgeable way explained other services they provided like rodent proofing and prevention. Since my friend's home was a bit older. We took advantage of that too. Work started the next day and we were extremely impressed with the work they did. The only unfortunate part of this review is that I can't give them 6 stars, because they truly deserve more than 5 stars. Thanks again to them.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. My cousin recently moved into a new neighborhood and was having some rodent problem. We tried everything and were still unavailable to get ride of them. By talking to some locals and looking up online we found this place. Alex was of great help for us. He helped us with rodent proofing and explained further about rodent prevention. Listening to him made us realize what we were doing wrong and failing every time. Ever since then we haven't had any rodent problem and are glad we choose this place. The customer service is very nice and friendly. We got what we wanted for a fair price.
