That was not a review on the technician, as I'm sure he's great, but of my experience. The language barrier made it difficult to know if he understood me. He only told me a verbal explanation on one of the two units he inspected. After viewing the rooftop unit I asked what the problem was and he said I would receive an email with the information. Didn't even explain what were the problems he found, like the first unit. The estimate was then sent by text shortly after, which didn't make much sense for the rooftop unit. If he had explained it before leaving he could have answered my questions but instead I was left guessing. So as a customer it was not a pleasant experience no matter how skilled your technicians are. Therefore I won't be changing my review.

I have 2 garages, the one I park Tesla doesn't have spare 220v wire, and the main panel is far away from that garage. I contacted few teams for estimation. Called Fuse to replace an outdoor outlet and install a weatherproof protector. I was provided with fantastic service. From the person scheduling the appointment to the amazing techs that showed up. They had to do some troubleshooting I would not have been able to do. Subsequently, replacing another outlet. I would highly recommend their service.

We highly recommend Fuse electric service. Alex was accommodating and scheduled our installation of 4 . chandeliers. Three out of four were replacing the lights on our very high ceiling. The installers were hard-working, clean and efficient. I cannot say enough great things about this electric company! If you are looking for a trustworthy company, you will need to look no more. I will definitely use them again.
